We released a software update for all HEMC and HaptiSync Hub on Monday, July 10. Here are the highlights of the changes:
• Improved content update process: There is a now a content update check when opening the HaptiSync app or clicking on the refresh arrow added in the app.
• More up-to-date account subscription status when first linking the D-BOX Connect account to the HaptiSync Hub
• Fixed the Adaptive Audio vibration issue experienced on some HEMC units
• Various bug fixes and minor improvements.
After installing this update, you will notice the message ‘Activation Required’ in your HaptiSync app. Simply follow the prompts and log in again to your D-BOX Connect account. Rest assured, you will not need to download all the content again.
