Software update for the HaptiSync Hub and HEMC

We released a software update for all HEMC and HaptiSync Hub on Monday, July 10. Here are the highlights of the changes:

• Improved content update process: There is a now a content update check when opening the HaptiSync app or clicking on the refresh arrow added in the app.
• More up-to-date account subscription status when first linking the D-BOX Connect account to the HaptiSync Hub
• Fixed the Adaptive Audio vibration issue experienced on some HEMC units
• Various bug fixes and minor improvements.

After installing this update, you will notice the message ‘Activation Required’ in your HaptiSync app. Simply follow the prompts and log in again to your D-BOX Connect account. Rest assured, you will not need to download all the content again.

Now coming again “Activation Required”
If i log in come the Text “First step of Device activiation was successfully completed”
After 20 second come “Device Activation Error” Device cannot activate.

Hi all!

Due to a major server outage, all HaptiSync controllers (HaptiSYnc Hub, HEMC and PC) cannot communicate with D-BOX Connect. Our teams are investigating this issue with high priority, but we wanted to reassure you that all haptic content already on your PC, Haptisync Hub and HEMC is functional. You will not see the status in your app, but the haptics should be functional for all previously downloaded content.

This is also preventing us from uploading Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 today as mentioned in the calendar.

MOtion is in, I see it in Haptip but the seats are not moving for Guardians 3…

And now, no Guardians detected on the app, no seat moving…wierd

Would be great if you could Check Guardians of the Galaxy 3, because we are waiting now such a Long time and it’s still Not working .the Code is online but the Movie is not analyzing the Code and the seats are Not moving. This seems to be a bug.

Haptisync Hub. I managed to get it work, by resetting it (hold 10 sec). The movie now working for me.
